Shawna currently holds three patents, and her career has revolved around making hard concepts easy and intuitive for users. She previously spent 15 years at Salesforce as SVP of product management, where she was a pivotal part of multiple product strategy teams, including the Customer 360 platform.
When she’s not at the office, you can find her listening to live music or soaring to great heights on the trapeze.

After almost two decades of running global contact centers, Sarah transitioned from the day-to-day leadership of hundreds (thousands) of customer service agents to talking nonstop about our need for better business and customer relationships. Her vast experience leading teams from many cultures, countries, and industries honed her empathetic approach, which she shares through thought-provoking writing, educational resources, and exciting live events.
As the Sr. Director of Global Strategic Events for Zendesk, she now curates experiences that heavily promote optimistic relationships—whether it be with customers, colleagues, or the world around us. Sarah (for now) lives in Phoenix—where there is always a colorful conversation to be had—with her #hothusband, and the corgis: Oy, Annabelle, and Tres.

Today, Andrew is the Director of Product Marketing, Release Marketing & Product Solutions, and host of What’s New at Zendesk. His team is responsible for bringing product innovation to life and delivering world-class product releases to 170K+ customers.
